I had the opportunity to attend a corporate day out, organized by a previous employer. It was meant for team building and bonding, but it was an opportunity to photograph something that was completely outside my usual subject matter.<\/p>\n

After sitting through some corporate speeches on financials and goals, we were treated to an afternoon of hospitality at the Hamilton Race Course, complete with lunch and other perks.<\/p>\n

Since I was there for work, I didn’t want to be too noticeable and opted for my trusty Fujifilm X-M1. Despite its compact size, the image quality it produces is top-notch thanks to its well-matched 16-50mm lens and APS-C sensor.<\/p>\n

The X-M1 may be slow compared to newer cameras, but its size and discreetness made it the perfect choice for this event.<\/p>\n
